Purchased a digital design from RuyaTreasures? This guide shows you exactly where to find your files, how to download them, and what to do if the download does not start.
DOWNLOAD FILES FROM YOUR RUYATREASURES ACCOUNT
If you created an account during checkout, your purchased files are available from your account area.
1. Sign in at https://www.ruyatreasures.com/account.
2. Open Download Orders.
3. Find the order you need.
4. Select the file under the Download heading.
You can also download your files immediately from the order confirmation page after checkout or from the order confirmation email.
DOWNLOAD FILES AFTER GUEST CHECKOUT
If you checked out without creating an account, use the download link shown on the order confirmation page. We will also send the same download access to the email address used at checkout.
CAN’T FIND YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Your order email is sent from ruyatreasures@gmail.com. If it is not in your inbox:
• Check your Spam or Junk folder.
• In Gmail, check the Promotions and Social tabs.
• Search your inbox for “RuyaTreasures”.
• Confirm that you are checking the email address used during checkout.
• Add ruyatreasures@gmail.com to your contacts.
HOW TO OPEN YOUR DOWNLOADED ZIP FILE
Purchased designs are delivered in a ZIP file. Extract the ZIP file before uploading the included SVG, PNG, DXF, EPS or other design files to your software.
• Windows: Right-click the ZIP file and select Extract All.
• Mac: Double-click the ZIP file to extract it automatically.
• Mobile: Open the ZIP file in your phone’s Files app and choose the extract or uncompress option.
If needed, use 7-Zip for Windows (https://www.7-zip.org) or The Unarchiver for macOS (https://theunarchiver.com).
IF THE DOWNLOAD DOES NOT START
Browser settings, ad blockers or security software can occasionally prevent a file from downloading. Try these steps:
1. Allow downloads when your browser displays a permission message.
2. Temporarily pause your ad blocker for RuyaTreasures.com.
3. Try the download link in another browser.
4. Check your Downloads folder before downloading the file again.
5. Return to your account or order email and retry the download link.
