RuyaTreasures is the copyright owner of the artwork, designs, and product preview images displayed on this website unless otherwise stated.

How to acquire a license

A license for an artwork can be acquired by purchasing the relevant RuyaTreasures product. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license subject to the product description and these terms.

Permitted use

• Use the purchased design for personal projects.
• Use the purchased design for commercial products when commercial use is included in the relevant product license or when the required commercial license has been purchased.

Prohibited use

• Do not resell, share, distribute, upload, or give away the original digital files.
• Do not make the original files available for download or redistribute them on another platform or marketplace.
• Do not claim the artwork or designs as your own.
• Do not transfer or sublicense your license to another person.

Purchasing a license does not transfer copyright ownership. All copyrights remain with RuyaTreasures.
