1. Digital Delivery
At RuyaTreasures, we only offer digital files for purchase. As such, we do not provide physical shipping services. All products are delivered electronically.
2. Delivery Process
- Immediate Access: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive immediate access to download your digital files directly from Etsy. You will also receive an email with download instructions.
- Download Instructions: Check your email for the download link and follow the instructions provided to access your digital files. If you encounter any issues with the download, please contact us for assistance.
3. File Access
- No Expiration Date: Digital files purchased from RuyaTreasures do not have an expiration date. You can download them as many times as you need, as long as your Etsy account remains active.
- Download Issues: If you experience any problems with accessing or downloading your files, please contact us. We will assist you in resolving any issues.
4. Technical Requirements
To access and download our digital files, you will need:
- A device capable of opening and saving digital files (e.g., a computer, tablet, or smartphone).
- A compatible application to view or use the file (e.g., PDF reader, image viewer).
5. No Physical Shipping
As all products are digital, there are no shipping fees or physical delivery times associated with your order.
